1. Who We Are

The Tutorment is a career counselling and guidance service operated by Vipul Jain and Priyanshu Goyal, trading under The Tutorment brand. Our registered contact email is support@thetutorment.com. The Tutorment is backed by Workingment UK and serves clients in the United Kingdom, India, and internationally.

2. Scope of Services

The Tutorment provides the following services to individual clients on a one-to-one basis:

  • HCPC and NMC registration guidance for internationally trained health professionals
  • Sponsored job search support for those seeking UK employment under the Skilled Worker visa route
  • Funded PhD, Chevening, Commonwealth, and UKRI scholarship application support
  • University admissions guidance for international students
  • Campus placement preparation for students at tier-2 and tier-3 colleges in India
  • Salary enhancement coaching and job application support in India
  • Professional upskilling and mock interview preparation

3. Free First Session

The Tutorment offers a complimentary first consultation session at no charge and with no payment required. This session is provided to assess whether our services are a suitable fit for your situation. No credit or debit card details are requested at the time of booking the free session. The Tutorment reserves the right to decline a free session at its discretion.

4. Paid Services

Following the free first session, clients who wish to proceed will receive a written outline of the services to be provided, the agreed scope of work, and the fee. Payment terms, including amounts, instalment schedules where applicable, and refund conditions, will be confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. No fees are charged without prior written agreement.

5. Outcomes and Results

The Tutorment provides guidance, coaching, and advisory services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to HCPC or NMC registration approval, job offers, scholarship awards, university acceptance, or salary increases. Success stories and statistics quoted on our website reflect real client outcomes but are not indicative of results guaranteed to future clients. Every application and situation is unique.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to The Tutorment. Any documents, statements, or application materials prepared with our guidance are the client's own responsibility to verify before submission. The Tutorment is not liable for the consequences of submitting inaccurate information to any regulatory body, employer, university, or government department.

7. Confidentiality

The Tutorment treats all client information as confidential. We do not share personal information with third parties except where required to deliver agreed services or where required by law. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the thetutorment.com website including text, images, guides, and service descriptions is owned by The Tutorment. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Tutorment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client in connection with services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Tutorment may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
